Our Story
Lola’s Moon Ice was born from a simple belief: we don't need a long list of ingredients to make fruit desserts taste like real fruit. It was also created to build a legacy for my German Shepherd, Lola. After a severe accident in 2024 where I sustained serious injuries, I was blessed to recover with the incredible support of God, my family, doctors, and Lola. She was by my side throughout my entire recovery - providing emotional support and encouragement, and even assisting me with wheelchair transfers until I could walk again. Lola's Moon Ice is my way of honoring her and creating something meaningful from a difficult chapter in my life.
